Regret is an emotion or thought form that can cripple a person's present or future. When you find yourself dwelling on negative things from the past, or getting into regret, come back to today. Think of 3 things in present tense that you're grateful for. Get into the details of them. Why are you grateful for them? What do you like most about them? How do they make you feel?
